Some words about me

We are Marcello and Mariangela, 2 young chefs (born in '94-'95) who have worked in the restaurant around the world for about 12 years both in Italy and outside it. Our gastronomic laboratory is mainly focused on fresh pasta, where we prepare handcrafted products with fresh and always seasonal ingredients. The laboratory allowed us to give vent to our creativity and concept of cooking, allowing us to mix our experiences with our origin (from south of Italy).

We are Marcello and Mariangela, and together we are the Chefs in Pasta! After having worked around the world as professional chefs, in 2021 we started our pasta lab. By opening our shop we have crowned a great dream, which we continue to grow together with inexhaustible enthusiasm and energy. Every day we wake up early to get to the laboratory and literally sink our hands into the dough. We create high quality products, from the most traditional to the most innovative.
